Refund policy

We are confident you are going to love your O/Z Lifestyle Brands products. But we know sometimes things don't work out. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will work with you on any requested returns. Our refund policy differs based on the type of product.

Apparel 
All hat purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund. Other apparel can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a different size or for store credit. The items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received the items.

Sports Cards
All sports card purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund.

Watches and Wallets and Other Products
All watches, wallets, watch bands and other apparel and non-sports card products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received the items.

Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Refund Process
To initiate a return request, please email support@ozlifestylebrands.com. We will work with you on the process and will provide you with a shipping label. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping. You will need to send the product back to us with the packing slip from the original shipment. Upon receipt, we will inspect the products to ensure the products are in the original condition and in the original packaging. We will then notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Any item not that is damaged, not in the original condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale & Discounted items
Any eligible return or exchange items purchased on sale, or purchased at regular price but the item is on sale at the time of the return, will be refunded or exchanged at the sale price, not the full price.

Flash Sale items
All Flash Sale purchases are final. No refunds will be provided.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Any defective or damaged products will be exchanged free of charge. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@ozlifestylebrands.com, and we will provide you with shipment instructions. Please include your original packing slip and a written request for an exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: O/Z Lifestyle Brands LLC, 5350 Bellaire Blvd, Suite 2008, Bellaire, TX 77402, United States. Please include your original packing slip. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Depending on the product and your location, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. Exchanges will typically be completed within 2-3 weeks.

All items, excluding apparel and sports cards, have a one year warranty. Normal wear and tear is excluded from this warranty.  No other warranties, express or implied, exist.
