Shipping policy

Shipping is free within the US on all orders over $50.

Shipping is $5.95 within the US for all other orders.

International shipping is free for orders over $150. Shipping charges for all other international orders is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.  O/Z Lifestyle Brands may withhold these fees at checkout, and in cases where we do not charge these taxes, duties and fees upfront at checkout, you will responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of your package.

Apparel: 
All Apparel items are created on-demand, and will therefore have a longer shipping period. Apparel items will typically be shipped within 4-7 days of receipt of your order. Delivery time is typically 2-4 days from the time of shipment. Due to the "on-demand" nature of these products, expedited shipping is not available.

All Products Other Than Apparel 
All Products (excluding Apparel) will typically be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If shipping is going to be longer than 5 business days, we will notify you by email. The items will typically be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, or by DHL for international orders. Delivery time is typically 3-5 days from the day of shipment for US orders. Expect longer shipping times for international orders. If you require more expedited shipping, please contact us at support@ozlifestylebrands, and we will work with you on any necessary expedited shipping. Please note you will be responsible for any additional costs associated with expedited shipping.

Your order may arrive in various packages at different times, as O/Z Apparel is created on-demand at the time of your order across different facilities locating throughout the US, while other items may ship directly from TX.
